An example to show the fast change of bottom depth near reef edges (the orange box in Figure 5(f)), where the depth changes from ~10 m to ~2 m over a horizontal distance of ~100 m. Such dramatic changes pose challenges to “matchups” between two data sources that have very different footprints.
