The α-actinin of cardiomyocytes is labeled by the primary antibody (mouse anti-α-actinin) and secondary antibody (Alexa Fluor 488 goat anti-mouse, green fluorescence). Cx-43 are stained by primary antibody (rabbit anti connexin-43) and secondary antibody (Alexa Fluor 568 donkey-anti-rabbit, red fluorescence), and the nucleus are stained by Hochest (blue fluorescence).
